EU's DOTSEVEN project to boost SiGe HBTs from 500GHz to 0.7THz
dotseven logo

DOTSEVEN is a very ambitious 3.5 year R&D project targeting the development of silicon germanium (SiGe) heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) technologies with cut-off frequencies (fmax) up to 700 GHz. The consortium consists of 14 partners from industry and academia in 6 European countries. http://www.dotseven.eu/

 HiCuM Aperitif Toolkit

The HiCuM Aperitif Toolkit has been developed by Xmod Technologies to facilitate a smooth transition from SPICE-GP model to HiCUM.

It is intended to provide the busy extraction engineer with a user-friendly and guided extraction of HiCUM parameters for single geometry transistors, before taking on the higher level task of generating geometry scalable model parameters. The Toolkit enables foundries and fabless design houses to use advanced and accurate compact model HiCuM without significant effort.

The HiCuM Aperitif Toolkit is an ICCAP-Agilent module distributed directly via Xmod Technologies: please contact us for a formal quote

The HiCuM Aperitif Toolkit is widely used in the industry for parameter etxraction over the world by some of the most famous foundries (in Europe, Asia and US)
