Welcome to XMOD Technologies Web Site

In the semiconductor industry the compact (electrical) models are the key link between the technology and the circuit designers:

Good models are a must for efficient, accurate and fast time to market circuit design

Company Profile

Xmod Technologies provides solutions for advanced compact device modeling and parameter extraction, with specialization on high frequency applications and advanced bipolar transistor models such as HICUM and VBIC.

With tremendously rising mask costs, good modelling is considered as enabler for competitive and cost efficient integrated circuit design.

Parameter extraction software

Xmod provides compact models parameter extraction softwares implemented as Agilent IC-CAP modules (or toolkits). Xmod technolgies is referenced as an Agilent Technologies partner for bipolar transistors parameter extraction.

The Hicum Aperitif toolkit and the Xmod VBIC toolkit are dedicated to single transistor parameter extraction
The Hicum Master toolkit is dedicated to scalable parameter extraction

Parameter extraction services

Xmod provides on wafer measurement capabilities and parameter extraction services: our engineers are known  to have a world class experience in the area of high frequency measurements, advanced compact models and physically accurate parameter extraction

Supported models are:
